Maintenance Project Coordinator
We have an opening for a mid-level project coordinator with experience in the hotel industry. Desired location is the central Ohio area, but other locations will be considered for the right candidate. This is not a project management job.
Bids and Proposals
You will be responsible for receiving the scope of work from the leadership team and creating proposals. Most of your work will be done in the office but some travel may be required in order to scope projects appropriately. You must have a focus on high quality work and you must be responsive. Expected turn around times for most projects are a single day to less than a week.
You will be required to track and manage proposals and follow-up with re-scoping efforts based on the customer's requests. Some reporting will also be required.
Invoices | Lien Waivers | Job Contracts
You will be responsible for invoicing the customer and for managing all relevant paper work, including lien waivers, contracts and other documentation.
Materials Order Management | Equipment Order Management
You will be responsible for managing the purchase of materials and equipment for jobs. Materials purchases are initiated by the job lead and are supported by your oversight and authorization. You will coordinate equipment rentals to job sites as needed.
You will be responsible for collaborating with other members of the organization including operations and finance. You will be reporting to the CEO of the company.
